Type Design: Romans 8:28

We have been trying something new at IHOPKC and that is to, every week, create a typographic design out of a verse or a quote. So far, I’ve come up with a few, I’m very proud of my latest one.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Romans 8:28 NKJV

If you are a type design expert and have any feedback, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it. I’m really trying to learn and nothing would make me happier than some good constructive critisism.

All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:18

Love this – mind telling what font you used for “love god” and “his”? Getting into typography and really wanting to explore ideas like this for visuals at my church.

Hi Ms. Gedy. I just saw the typographic design that you made for Romans 8:28. Can you make more of such work? I’m really in search of such art that I can post on the page of our church. Thank you and God bless.
    Btw, I’m from the Philippines.

Are any others of the IHOPKC scripture art posted anywhere else? This is a great design. One little suggestion is to include the reference somewhere, even if it is really small. Love this!

      Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there are more. They’re in the process of being sold in the IHOPKC online store. Actually the reference is there.

      Thank you again! :)
